"I can't give less than 5 stars because everything is super delicious and made with love. However, I do have a complaint about the way you take orders. Today, I had to wait so long for my coffee that I missed my train and I'm now running late because you took care of someone else's order even though they were behind me. Actually, this isn't the first time this has happened. I've experienced similar delays with my orders before. I think everyone knows how frustrating it is to miss a train and the next one is delayed. But, no worries, the coffee has calmed me down I hope you understand my frustration and consider making some changes"

"Wollten matcha trinken, und haben null erwartet das der so lecker und hochqualitativ ist! Konnte den nur mit kokosmilch super trinken (und dabei trink ich matcha nur mit vanille sirup) aber der hat mir sogar ohne super geschmeckt (die haben keine getränke sirups) die 2 damen waren auch super super lieb und haben es uns an den tisch gebracht lieben dank nochmal ladies!"

"Haferkater am Essener Hbf ist einfach die beste Option für gesundes Essen, wenn man viel unterwegs ist, so wie ich. Das Personal ist auch schnell und super freundlich. Ich bin hier Dauergast und alles ist immer frisch zubereitet. Ich liebe Matcha und der Matcha bei Haferkater ist hochwertig und lecker. Kein Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern. Danke, dass es euch gibt. "So , i was to this cafe, at Essen hbf , i ordered Coffee there . And to be honest the best Coffee i have tried in whole essen infact better than any Coffee. And the staff Specially Frau sara and frau revinia , there were extremely friendly and very nice and Polite . I loved there there service was really good"
